Mr. Whittaker has practiced law in Georgia for 32 years. During this time, he has worked in the areas of Bankruptcy, Wills and Probate, Divorces, Incorporations, Name Changes, DUIs and Commercial Real Estate. He graduated from the George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. with honors in 1972. He interned in the United States Senate and later, worked for the former Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has been a contributing author to the Georgia Encyclopedia of Law. Currently, he is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association and the Bankruptcy and Domestic Relations sections of the state bar.  He is admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
